Talent Activation Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site)

Salary: $110,000 – $120,000

hirify.global is a venture firm utilizing a talent optimization model to connect executive and functional talent with portfolio companies.

What you will do

• Plan and execute talent-facing events such as dinners, roundtables, and webinars to deepen the executive network.
• Develop and manage content and campaigns, including newsletters and LinkedIn spotlights, to drive candidate interest.
• Execute data projects to track engagement and campaign performance, translating findings into actionable insights.
• Partner with the Access & Engagement team to refine event and campaign strategies based on performance data.
• Support sourcing, screening, and warm introductions for select executive searches.
• Maintain and optimize talent and community platforms including LinkedIn, Findem, and Getro.

Requirements

• Experience in talent brand, recruitment marketing, community building, or event management.
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to own content from concept to publication.
• Proficiency in data and analytics tools to measure engagement and tell a clear story.
• High level of ownership and ability to operate independently in an ambiguous environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Getro, Findem, or similar talent/community platforms.
