Senior Community Manager (Marvel Contest of Champions)

Location: On-site, 5 days a week at the Downtown Vancouver studio, Vancouver, Canada

Salary: $130,000–$154,000 per year; the listed range applies to candidates located in Vancouver.

What you will do

• Create communication schedules, player-facing content, livestreams, featured game content, deep dives, and new mode breakdowns.
• Manage official forums, Discord, social channels, player discussions, moderation, engagement activities, and community events.
• Build relationships with VIP players, content creators, volunteer moderators, and creator program participants.
• Collect player feedback, monitor bug reports, maintain player-facing bug information, and provide sentiment and feedback reports.
• Collaborate with development, publishing, marketing, social, brand, customer support, and game teams on campaigns, features, events, and player experience.
• Support live operations, player experience QA, launch readiness checks, special projects, and analysis of game experience findings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Marvel Contest of Champions, including expert-level knowledge of Alliance War, Battlegrounds, and Elder progression.
• 5+ years of experience working with external consumers and internal development teams to translate community insights into actionable plans.
• At least 2 years of experience creating and publishing Marvel Contest of Champions content.
• At least 3 years of experience operating gaming-focused social media channels, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms.
• Advanced capture, video editing, on-camera, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Discord management and development.
