Procurement Specialist

Location: London Area, United Kingdom; hybrid with three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own procurement requests from initial requirements through contract progression, purchase order creation, and completion.
• Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and guide them through the procurement process.
• Support supplier onboarding, due diligence, contract coordination, and supplier engagement.
• Manage purchase orders and support invoice processing where required.
• Maintain procurement records, track vendor status and milestones, and provide clear updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, systems, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, stakeholder management, or project coordination.
• Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and drive work through to completion.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and following procurement and finance processes consistently.
• Availability to work from the London office three days per week.
