Procurement Manager

Base salary: EUR 37,600–56,400 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT, Marketing, and general procurement categories.
• Lead spend analysis, market research, competitive sourcing events, tendering, and supplier evaluation.
• Negotiate pricing, service levels, contract terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
• Manage contract renewals, supplier onboarding, performance monitoring, risk management, and offboarding.
• Partner with Legal and internal stakeholders on contracts, procurement governance, compliance, and business requirements.
• Track savings, supplier metrics, contract records, workload performance, and risk exposure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement lifecycle experience, ideally covering IT and Marketing categories.
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing events and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of software licensing, cloud and SaaS, hardware, telecom, agencies, media, digital, and production procurement.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, analytical, spend analysis, market research, and savings-tracking skills.
• Understanding of contract law fundamentals and terms including SLAs, KPIs, liability, intellectual property, and data protection.
• Proficiency with procurement or e-sourcing systems such as Coupa, Netsuite, Omnea, or Zip, plus Microsoft Excel.

• Professional certification such as CIPS or CPSM.
