Senior Consultant (Geneva)

Location: Jacksonville, FL; role locations include NY, NJ, and FL with remote or hybrid work. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Base salary: $140,000–$175,000 in New York; $145,000–$170,000 in New Jersey and other states. Additional discretionary bonus and/or equity may be available.

What you will do

• Support implementations and upgrades of the Geneva enterprise portfolio accounting application.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, configure products, and automate optimized workflows.
• Prepare system and data transition plans and manage historical data migration.
• Execute implementation tasks, track project status, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead hands-on training, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support during go-live events.
• Develop custom reports, conversion tools, and system integration mappings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 9+ years of client experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of asset management, client back-office workflows, and operations.
• Familiarity with the general ledger and Advent’s Geneva or similar applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, reasoning, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, adapt to changing work hours, and travel up to 50%.
