What you will do
- Own and optimize engineering processes and tooling to remove friction and increase team velocity.
- Administer Jira and Confluence, including configuration, workflows, permissions, and automations.
- Manage the triage and intake process to ensure engineering work is properly routed and standardized.
- Maintain roadmap health and generate weekly delivery reports for leadership.
- Ensure the quality of engineering metrics data, including team definitions and tool configurations.
- Integrate AI and automation into daily workflows to solve operational problems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, process, or tooling roles.
- Hands-on Jira administration experience covering boards, workflows, and schemas.
- Proven ability to use AI tools effectively in daily work.
- Strong systematic thinking and ability to document processes clearly.
- Experience turning vague stakeholder requests into scoped, actionable work.
- Must be based in one of the listed eligible countries.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with crypto products and the Web3 space.
- Experience with SQL, TypeScript, or scripting languages.
- Knowledge of Slack, Jira, or GitLab APIs.
- Experience building Jira automation rules or Rovo agents.
- Exposure to DORA metrics or developer productivity data.
