Deal Desk Analyst (SaaS, 12 month contract)

hirify.global provides SaaS products and operates a Sales–GTM Operations function supporting commercial deal execution.

What you will do

• Support the structuring and pricing of high-value and complex SaaS deals.
• Review quotes, contracts, discounts, payment terms, and non-standard deal requests.
• Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, approval workflows, and internal policies.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve deal-related questions and roadblocks.
• Provide commercial guidance that supports win rates and margin preservation.
• Maintain deal data, track approval and quote-to-close performance, and improve Deal Desk processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Four or more years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Pricing, or financial analysis.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise B2B SaaS transactions.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, commercially minded approach with confidence advising and influencing stakeholders.
