Business Development Representative - CEE (Cybersecurity)

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid work with visits to the Kraków office

What you will do

• Make outbound calls to identify and qualify companies and target contacts.
• Research accounts and build and maintain targeted account lists.
• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to pass qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.
• Meet sales activity KPIs, including dials, calls, follow-ups, and meetings.
• Determine customer requirements and communicate relevant product features, benefits, and value.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity records and schedule high-value meetings with target personas.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or at least one year of experience in a related sales or SaaS role.
• Fluent English and fluent Polish required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and exercise independent judgment.
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
