What you will do
- Maintain full-lifecycle traceability between requirements, pre-silicon verification, and post-silicon validation results.
- Govern engineering change orders affecting analog layouts and digital logic, ensuring work products are synchronized before tape-out.
- Manage configuration of validation boards, firmware versions, and laboratory test scripts to ensure reproducible results.
- Standardize project templates and workflows across ASIC, SoC, and IP development programs.
- Organize release artifacts including GDSII files, bills of materials, test vectors, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct technical audits to verify that tested ICs match the as-built configuration in the configuration management system.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in configuration and change management or quality engineering within the semiconductor or high-tech hardware sector.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Expertise with version control systems such as Git, Subversion, or ClioSoft for binary analog data and verification scripts.
- Proficiency with PLM/ALM tools and familiarity with pre-silicon verification and post-silicon laboratory measurements.
- Strong understanding of Change Control Board workflows, impact analysis, semiconductor development, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Jira dashboards and Power BI, together with strong stakeholder management skills.
