Group Cost Controller (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Build the industrial P&L and define the standard-cost calculation methodology.
• Establish cost-performance tracking and monitor production costs, inventory levels, and variances.
• Own monthly closings, business reviews, forecasts, and budgets for the industrial scope.
• Work with Production and Supply Chain on the Odoo implementation and reliable inventory tracking.
• Follow R&D and project costs and lead cost-optimization initiatives across operating costs.

Requirements

• Master's degree preferred in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of cost or industrial controlling experience in manufacturing or a complex production environment.
• Expert-level Excel, strong financial modelling skills, and hands-on ERP experience.
• Experience with bills of materials, standard costs, and variance analysis.
• Ability to build controlling frameworks from a blank page and work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent French and English required; on-site work in Paris.
