Compliance Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support Singapore regulatory licence strategy and ongoing compliance with applicable requirements.
• Provide independent second-line compliance advice, oversight, and challenge to the Singapore business.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, controls, and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor Singapore regulatory developments and support implementation of required changes.
• Support engagement with MAS and other regulators, including submissions, information requests, audits, and examinations.
• Deliver compliance monitoring and assurance activities while partnering with Legal, Risk, Financial Crime, Product, and Operations.

Requirements

• Strong experience in compliance or regulatory compliance within financial services, payments, fintech, or digital assets.
• Good knowledge of Singapore’s financial services regulatory environment and experience with MAS requirements.
• Experience working in a second-line-of-defence compliance function.
• Practical experience developing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
• Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into practical business actions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, regulatory judgement, and commercial pragmatism.
