Vice President, Legal (Regulated Fund Attorney)

What you will do

• Coordinate the drafting, review, negotiation, and completion of fund documentation for EMEA evergreen commingled funds.
• Advise on the structuring, launch, and closing of new funds and investment products.
• Manage ongoing legal matters for existing evergreen products, including amendments and product developments.
• Draft and negotiate distribution, platform, fund management, and other commercial agreements.
• Provide practical, risk-adjusted legal advice to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Coordinate regulatory filings, disclosures, service-provider reporting, board materials, compliance calendars, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of fund formation experience at a reputable law firm or asset manager.
• Experience or strong interest in regulatory and compliance matters related to regulated investment funds.
• Exceptional written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build relationships with business teams and interact effectively at all levels.
• Self-discipline, sound judgment, attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to address novel legal questions.
