Regional Sales Manager (Construction & Utilities)

Location: Remote US, United States. Candidates in the Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston areas are preferred. Extensive travel of up to 60% is required.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year, plus a commission target of $40,000–$60,000.

What you will do

• Drive monthly regional revenue and quarterly year-over-year market share growth across assigned states.
• Grow subscription revenue through contract agreements and lead contract negotiations.
• Develop and execute regional business plans, monitoring implementation, progress, revenue, and expenditures.
• Build relationships with distribution and manufacturing partners, local market leaders, and major contractor clients.
• Train partner sales teams to represent and advocate for hirify.global products.
• Coordinate introductions and account follow-up with Regional Account Managers and collaborate with sales leadership.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, up to 60%.
• Strength in customer focus, judgment, problem-solving, adaptability, prioritization, execution, and accountability.
