Global Operations Associate (Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end movement of ocean freight shipments, including imports, exports, and intermodal movements.
• Ensure shipments move on time, handle exceptions proactively, and maintain clear communication with clients.
• Coordinate daily operations with carriers, vendors, customs teams, regional trade lane managers, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve client issues, escalate complex cases, and support smooth operations at origin and destination.
• Manage priorities against internal KPIs and SLAs while following standard operating procedures.
• Use operational data and technology tools to identify patterns and improve efficiency and process quality.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or completed professional training as a forwarding agent.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Technology- and AI-first mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Compliance-focused approach and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Mandatory German and fluent English.
