What you will do

• Maintain transformation programme data as a single source of truth and consolidate information across projects, functions, and workstreams.
• Develop dashboards, executive reports, governance packs, and performance updates.
• Translate programme data into actionable insights on trends, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Support governance processes by maintaining status reports, decision logs, escalation records, and milestone tracking.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, reduce manual effort, and improve Transformation Office processes using tools such as Shibumi, AI, and automation technologies.
• Partner with transformation workstream leaders and senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and benefit realisation.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel, modelling, and data management skills.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and management information.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data-quality skills.
• Experience in transformation, consulting, PMO, business intelligence, or another data-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
• Proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to challenge assumptions and identify issues in large datasets.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Shibumi, portfolio management tools, automation solutions, or AI-enabled reporting.
• Master’s degree in an analytics-related field.
