2027 Pfizer Newbridge Graduate Programme (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: hirify.global Newbridge, County Kildare, Ireland; onsite programme. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Ireland. No relocation support is available.

hirify.global Newbridge is a pharmaceutical manufacturing site specializing in complex oral solid dose products, supporting production from pilot scale through commercial manufacturing.

What you will do

• Complete a 23-month graduate programme with rotations across four areas of the business.
• Participate in projects during each rotation and contribute to cross-site initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations within each placement.
• Support activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment focused on medicines supplied globally.
• Participate in site cultural and social initiatives.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in a Science or Engineering discipline.
• Level 8 or Level 9 degree completed or expected in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
• Availability to start in September 2027.
• Legal eligibility to work in Ireland is required.
• Motivation to work through challenges, innovation, and change.
