Sales Manager (Legaltech)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Sofia office (Hybrid)

Salary: €44,000 – €57,000 OTE

What you will do

• Manage the entire sales funnel from prospecting to closing deals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and identify customer pain points.
• Drive ARR growth to position the company as a European market leader.
• Act as a product evangelist and identify new use cases for clients.
• Provide valuable market and client feedback to the product team.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
• Proficiency with sales support tools like HubSpot and Sales Navigator.
• Language: Fluent in both Italian and English.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from the Sofia office.
• Law degree is considered a bonus.
