Base pay: $102,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology projects across business systems, data, AI, and custom applications.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, analysts, QA specialists, developers, system administrators, vendors, and business teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables, timelines, and contract terms are met.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing, go-live activities, training, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain project records in Jira and follow project management, governance, and release-management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or technology implementation.
• Experience supporting business applications, system implementations, or process improvements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and risk-management skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, ScrumMaster, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Jira, data platforms, AI, or custom applications.
• Experience with large-scale implementations involving 150+ users.
• Background as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Salesforce Administrator.
• Experience with change management, UAT, training coordination, or post-implementation support.
