Project Manager (Operations Technology)

Location: Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania; onsite in the office 5 days per week

What you will do

• Manage roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables for large, long-term projects across Back Office Operations and Accounting.
• Coordinate initiatives involving new software delivery and enhancements to existing systems.
• Collaborate with trading, business, engineering, and external resource teams.
• Keep internal stakeholders and external resources informed throughout project delivery.
• Design and optimize systems that process large volumes of data with high performance and stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis and/or project management.
• Knowledge of SDLC and technical workflows.
• Strong oral and written communication, organizational skills, autonomy, and eagerness to learn.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; a technical concentration is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in the Bala Cynwyd office 5 days per week.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available now or in the future.
