Strategy & Business Development Associate (Fleet)

What you will do

• Support the Fleet leadership team in shaping strategy, processes, and the partner landscape.
• Identify, benchmark, and analyze financing and other partners across Germany and Europe.
• Help shape vehicle financing, purchasing, and full car lifecycle management processes.
• Identify cost-efficiency opportunities using Total Cost of Ownership analysis.
• Drive the evolution of fleet tools and automation with product and technology teams.
• Analyze performance and KPIs, then implement actions to improve growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for IT tools, process optimization, and data-driven work.
• Genuine interest in the mobility industry.
• Fluent German and English required.
