Venture Developer (Operations)

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (On-site, 5 days/week)

hirify.global is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup providing an AI operating system for renewable energy installers.

What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new software products and services.
• Engage in daily customer immersion with installers to identify pain points and revenue opportunities.
• Define and test commercial models including commission, fixed, and bundled pricing.
• Lead cross-functional execution by coordinating sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Validate channel potential and iterate quickly based on real-world feedback.

Requirements

• German: Native or C2 proficiency required.
• English: Fluent proficiency required.
• Must be based in Berlin and able to work on-site 5 days per week.
• Proven entrepreneurial mindset with experience bringing projects or products to market.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive in open, ambiguous situations.
• Top university background with a clear entrepreneurial streak.
