What you will do
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle evolution, and portfolio positioning.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, growth opportunities, and investment priorities.
- Develop positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, licensing models, sales enablement materials, and product launches.
- Lead customer discovery, innovation workshops, co-innovation programs, co-development partnerships, and strategic customer engagements.
- Drive product implementation, customer value realization, adoption, satisfaction, reference customers, and success stories.
- Contribute to integrated solutions, ecosystem partnerships, portfolio decisions, and commercial growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, Innovation, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
- Experience bringing products, services, or digital solutions to market and building business cases.
- Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, executive communication, and commercial skills.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech.
- Experience with AI, Data, Cloud, or Digital Platforms.
- Fluent German and English.

- Experience in product commercialization.
- Experience in innovation or co-creation programs.
