Sales Associate, P&HS NA, Wisconsin River

Location: Remote, United States; based in the Wisconsin River District and supporting customers in the Green Bay and Appleton area

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses

What you will do

• Direct the sales process and achieve sales and profitability margin targets.
• Develop profitable business with designated accounts and expand market position and share.
• Introduce new chemical products and solutions to paper manufacturing customers.
• Organize sales reports, customer calls, and business reviews, and support demand forecasting.
• Build relationships across manufacturing sites, from operators to mill managers.
• Influence stakeholders and collaborate with customers and internal teams in paper manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience in paper science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or chemical engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in the paper industry.
• Ability to develop and execute key account or project plans.
• Experience documenting ROI for new and existing applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Ability to develop trust-based relationships with key buyers.

Nice to have

• Experience with paper-making operations.
• Knowledge of LSS and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with wet-end applications, including retention, sizing, strength, cleaning, defoamers, felt wash, and microbiological control.
