Project Engineer (Gas Chromatograph Systems)

Location: Singapore; onsite office and shop-floor activities required

What you will do

• Prepare and revise installation drawings in AutoCAD and maintain engineering drawing records.
• Prepare Bills of Materials, generate Purchase Requisitions, and support procurement and material tracking.
• Compile final customer documentation packages, including drawings, manuals, certificates, inspection records, and project records.
• Physically verify Gas Chromatograph systems, nameplates, tags, components, certificates, and delivered configurations.
• Track engineering deliverables, support inspections and shipment readiness reviews, and resolve discrepancies with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Assembly, and Testing teams.
• Contribute to improvements in documentation control, drawing management, and project execution processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Design and Drafting, or an equivalent qualification.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; drafting, documentation, project coordination, manufacturing support, or engineering support experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to support both office-based and shop-floor activities in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience preparing Bills of Materials and using ERP systems or procurement processes.
• Familiarity with document control practices.
• Exposure to industrial instrumentation, analyzer systems, or manufacturing environments.
