Customer Engineer - iTeam (New College Graduate)

Location: Singapore, SGP; frequent travel to overseas customers, up to 75% of the time.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment with senior field service engineers.
• Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
• Communicate directly with customers and coordinate service activities.
• Participate in projects and assignments supporting organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer support, field service, or a related engineering or technical field.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Basic mechanical aptitude in areas such as pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics.
• Familiarity with hand tools and digital multimeters, plus basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and meet all on-site safety, environmental, customer, and hirify.global requirements.
