Customer Engineer (iTeam) (Semiconductor Equipment)

Location: Singapore, Singapore. On-site requirements apply, with travel to overseas customers up to 75% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment alongside Senior Field Service Engineers.
• Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.
• Coordinate directly with customers to support smooth equipment operation and service delivery.
• Participate in projects and assignments that support organizational goals.

Requirements

• Associate degree, military technical training, field service experience, or trade certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer or field service support or a related technical field; 2–4 years is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and diagnose basic technical issues.
• Basic mechanical aptitude in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics.
• Familiarity with hand tools and digital multimeters, plus basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to meet on-site safety, environmental, customer, and hirify.global requirements and travel overseas up to 75% of the time.
