Europe Accessories Buyer - Intern (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support buyers with supplier relationships and daily procurement activities across European operations.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, communicate with suppliers, compare offers, and conduct commercial analysis.
• Create and maintain raw material master data, purchase orders, and procurement contracts in SAP.
• Monitor invoices, payment status, invoice blocks, vendor master data, supplier performance, delivery schedules, and open orders.
• Prepare procurement reports, data analyses, and presentations for sourcing and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on procurement projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• Ongoing or recently completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work with data and prepare reports.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Previous internship experience in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing.
