What you will do

• Manage end-to-end inventory planning, including sales in excess of invoicing.
• Define inventory policies and maintain parameters like safety stock, reorder points, and lead times in ERP systems.
• Coordinate material planning with call-offs to ensure purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders.
• Collaborate with buyers to optimize supplier on-time delivery, quality, and flexibility.
• Support internal customer service inquiries regarding inventory status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Fluent communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Must be able to work on site in Dalmine, Bergamo, Italy.
• Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
