Quote Manager - International (AI)

What you will do

• Create and review quotes with sales representatives, ensuring accurate product configuration and compliance with pricing policies.
• Coordinate daily deal flow, cross-functional reviews, approvals, and issue resolution.
• Support sales leadership and representatives throughout the B2B sales process, from initial quote through booking.
• Track renewals and coordinate renewal quoting with Sales and Customer Success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to keep deals moving and compliant.
• Train field sales on quoting processes, tools, and best practices while improving quoting and deal-execution workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk roles, ideally in SaaS, technology, or high-growth companies.
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, quoting, approvals, and deal structuring.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to analyze data and improve sales efficiency and performance.
• Clear, concise communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally in a field-facing role.
