Business Development Associate (Fintech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid work with office attendance 2–3 days per week

Salary: SEK 416,120–503,505 per year

What you will do

• Own and develop relationships with a portfolio of listed stores and their users.
• Optimize store listings to improve conversion and visibility.
• Support daily Sales and Operations activities and improve internal processes.
• Represent the stores’ perspective in internal decisions and discussions.
• Identify business opportunities with partners and work directly with them to implement improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in business development, partnerships, or another relationship-facing role.
• Ability to build durable relationships with external partners and internal colleagues.
• Ability to analyze data independently and turn findings into concrete next steps.
• Strong self-organization and willingness to handle operational responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Stockholm, with office attendance typically 2–3 days per week.
• CV submitted in English.
