Logistics Specialist (Quantum Technology)

Location: On-site in Broomfield, Colorado, United States. Applicants must be U.S. Persons. Candidates must not be nationals of China or Russia unless they are also U.S. citizens.

Salary: $71,000–$95,000 annually.

What you will do

• Coordinate shipments across company facilities, ensuring accurate documentation, packaging, and on-time delivery.
• Manage product classifications, including HTS codes, Schedule B numbers, ECCNs, and countries of origin.
• Prepare and review import, export, customs, hazardous-materials, and carrier documentation.
• Track shipments and resolve carrier failures, customs delays, lost or damaged shipments, claims, and trade disruptions.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, procurement teams, suppliers, carriers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Build dashboards and reports covering freight costs, tariffs, duties, shipment volumes, delivery performance, customs delays, and claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of logistics and transportation experience in high-tech manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductors, or related industries.
• Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, or worker granted asylum or refugee status.
• Must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless also a U.S. citizen.
• Experience with international shipments, import/export processes, customs, trade compliance records, and transportation planning.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with international carriers, off-site warehouses, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience evaluating transportation quotes, transit times, service levels, and Incoterms.
