Order Fulfillment Manager, EMEA

Location: Must be based in the UK or the Netherlands with full right to work.

What you will do

• Run day-to-day order fulfillment operations across EMEA and other assigned regions.
• Process, prioritize, schedule, and release customer orders for shipment.
• Track logistics and deliveries while coordinating with supply chain partners.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer, operational, and cross-functional order issues.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, RMAs, and reverse logistics issues.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, customer service, warehouses, and other departments to improve order accuracy and fulfillment performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant order management experience.
• Prior experience in order management, order fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of customer service standards, retail order processing, and related documentation.
• Ability to analyze and solve operational problems, generate reports, and maintain accurate system records.
• Full right to work in the UK or the Netherlands.
