Supervisor (Sputter Maintenance)

Location: Woodlands, Singapore. Onsite role in a cleanroom environment with a fixed normal shift. Travel: None.

What you will do

• Lead technicians supporting media factory production and thin-film sputtering processes.
• Maintain sputter and vacuum equipment through preventive and unscheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical supervision for engineering and manufacturing specialists, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and compliance with company policies.
• Schedule and assign personnel, establish priorities, monitor progress, resolve problems, and support shift production plans.
• Manage spare-parts inventory, workflow controls, reporting procedures, and process improvements.
• Maintain RBA, safety, audit, and cleanroom compliance while administering equipment and maintenance training.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related engineering discipline; Engineering Diploma or ITE qualification accepted.
• At least 3 years of technical experience in media manufacturing, thin film, or vacuum maintenance or engineering.
• Team leadership, problem-solving, and personnel management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer programs.
• Willingness to work a fixed normal shift in a cleanroom environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Intevac MDP 250B or MDP 200L and other vacuum equipment.
