Engineering Specialist III

Location: Woodlands, Singapore. Onsite role in a clean room environment with a 12-hour night shift pattern. No travel required.

What you will do

• Perform corrective and routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Execute equipment product conversions, setups, and upgrades.
• Conduct root cause analysis to reduce product defects.
• Improve equipment OEE through Lean Manufacturing, safety-hazard reduction, and cost-saving projects.
• Apply Industry 4.0 technologies and support equipment performance and operational objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering, a related engineering diploma, or ITE qualification.
• Self-motivated, positive working attitude, teamwork, and good problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a clean room environment and on a 12-hour night-shift pattern.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience is an advantage.
