Manufacturing Specialist I

Location: Woodlands, Singapore, W2. Onsite production role with no travel.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and maintain automatic and semi-automatic production machines.
• Support production, fabrication, testing, training, and basic machine or tool-making activities.
• Perform basic electrical tasks and assemble components according to quality standards.
• Label, pack, palletize, handle, and shift parts and equipment using lifting equipment.
• Follow supervisor instructions and collaborate with the production team to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Requirements

• Some manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Basic English is required.
• Ability to carry work items weighing up to 3 kg.
• Ability to stand for 2 to 4 hours.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Adaptability and willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.

Nice to have

• Experience using a microscope.

• 3-2-2-3 shift pattern: work 3 days, rest 2 days, work 2 days, rest 3 days.
• Day shift: 7:30am–7:45pm; night shift: 7:30pm–7:45am.
• Meal and rest breaks total 45 minutes and 30 minutes.
