Supervisor, (Media Test Maintenance)

Location: Onsite at Woodlands, Singapore, W3. Requires willingness to work in a clean room and a 12-hour night-shift pattern from 7:30 p.m. to 7:45 a.m. Travel: none.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance professionals.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production test equipment and automation systems.
• Support the installation, calibration, qualification, and maintenance of robotic handlers and manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Automation, and Equipment Engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve production disruptions.
• Lead initiatives to improve OEE, reduce downtime, optimize costs, and enhance yield.
• Maintain compliance with EHS, LOTO, safety, audit, risk assessment, and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance, test equipment support, or high-volume production environments.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment and performing preventive or predictive maintenance.
• Knowledge of automation systems, robotics, PLCs, test equipment, or manufacturing technologies.
• Experience analyzing equipment performance, yield, or operational data to drive improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, safety, and continuous improvement skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
