Senior Supervisor (Media Test Maintenance)

Location: Woodlands, Singapore, W2. Onsite role at the Woodlands manufacturing site; clean-room work is required. Travel: None.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance professionals to achieve equipment, yield, safety, and productivity goals.
• Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Support the installation, calibration, qualification, and maintenance of production test equipment, automation systems, and robotic handlers.
• Partner with Production, Process Engineering, Automation, and Equipment Engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve production disruptions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on OEE, downtime reduction, cost optimization, and yield enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, LOTO, safety requirements, audits, risk assessments, and documentation control.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance, test equipment support, or high-volume production environments.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment and performing preventive or predictive maintenance.
• Knowledge of automation systems, robotics, PLCs, test equipment, or manufacturing technologies.
• Experience analyzing equipment performance, yield, or operational data to drive improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, analytical, safety, and continuous improvement skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
