Manager, Operations Management (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Supervise, lead, motivate, train, and develop production employees while assigning work and setting priorities.
• Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Lead operational and milestone meetings, align tactical and strategic plans, and track performance metrics including cycle time.
• Resolve operational issues affecting customer satisfaction and coordinate customer and vendor requirements.
• Optimize production capacity and implement processes for collecting, analyzing, and reporting manufacturing data.
• Drive Lean, safety, quality, corrective action, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience providing technical expertise and managerial leadership in manufacturing or operations.
• Ability to analyze operational data, evaluate relevant factors, and exercise judgment within established procedures.
• Experience with employee performance management, hiring, coaching, training, career development, and corrective processes.
• Ability to communicate technical information, production schedules, and manufacturing issues across organizational levels.
• Ability to work in Singapore and comply with applicable company standards of business conduct.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
