Stylist - Model (12 month fixed term contract)

Location: Leicester, United Kingdom, at the Enderby Photo Studio; occasional work across hirify.global or external studios may be required.

Salary: £30,354–£38,852 per year.

What you will do

• Build and style womenswear and menswear outfits for model sets, maintaining technical fit and image quality.
• Research fashion trends, street style, and competitor activity to inform shoot styling.
• Create styling guides, product mood boards, and other visual references aligned with creative direction.
• Organise styling wardrobes and prepare studio sets for efficient shoots.
• Collaborate with product coordination teams, senior stylists, and creative leads to deliver style guidelines and shoot goals.
• Support projects across hirify.global and external studios, adapting creatively to changing requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar styling role within ecommerce and editorial environments, preferably in a large studio.
• Portfolio or website demonstrating model and product-only styling work.
• Technical knowledge of styling, garment fit, and creative direction.
• Ability to manage a busy workload, solve problems under pressure, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a studio environment.
• Full UK driving licence required; proficiency in macOS required.
