In Store Visual Merchandiser (Childrenswear)

Location: Based in and responsible for Liverpool Aintree and Liverpool Church Street stores; regular onsite store work and travel to other locations may be required.

What you will do

• Deliver high visual merchandising standards across designated stores and adapt layouts to store formats and stock packages.
• Maintain fixtures, customer navigation, marketing graphics, props, and planograms.
• Analyse space management and best sellers to support layout and stock decisions.
• Support phase-change shifts, stock rotation, replenishment, and store compliance reporting.
• Work with store teams, managers, the National VM Field Team, display teams, and mock shop teams.
• Attend Head Office monthly for phase-change updates and manage marketing item orders when required.

Requirements

• Proven track record and genuine interest in visual merchandising.
• Strong communication, customer service, planning, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a group, prioritise tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to perform manual handling duties, including lifting, carrying, and using ladders.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to travel to other stores and locations when required.
