Assistant Manager (Retail)

What you will do

• Manage opening and closing routines and oversee daily salesfloor and stockroom operations.
• Drive sales through customer service, product knowledge, brand awareness, and analysis of business reporting.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll operations, and team coverage.
• Train, coach, and develop non-management staff.
• Build and maintain visual displays, provide styling recommendations, and support floorset updates.
• Protect store assets, control inventory, operate point-of-sale systems, and fulfill omnichannel orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Ability to coach others, take initiative, demonstrate confidence, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
