Womenswear Buyer (Retail)

Location: Enderby office, Leicester, United Kingdom; typically 5 days in the office. Core hours are flexible between 8am and 6pm.

What you will do

• Develop commercially successful womenswear product ranges across all categories and seasons.
• Build supplier relationships, analyse data, plan ranges, and identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, technologists, e-commerce, and marketing teams.
• Manage product development and selection through the critical path, including range sign-off and in-season trading.
• Source products and competitive prices through frequent travel.
• Manage, delegate, and motivate the buying team while delivering agreed sales, markdown, and profit KPIs.

Requirements

• Experienced buyer with in-depth womenswear and retail industry knowledge.
• Strong analytical, planning, communication, and range-management skills.
• Ability to identify trends, understand brand DNA, and assess market competition.
• Proven ability to streamline the critical path and trade ranges in-season.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Candidates requiring sponsorship must meet Home Office sponsorship requirements.
