Clinical Specialist - Joint Reconstruction, Adelaide

Location: Adelaide, South Australia, Australia; frequent travel to hospitals within Adelaide Metro and occasional travel to regional hospitals in South Australia

18-month fixed-term full-time contract

What you will do

• Provide in-theatre case support and coverage for orthopaedic surgeons across hip and knee procedures.
• Deliver in-servicing, workshops, and training sessions for hospital staff.
• Build relationships with surgeons and operating theatre staff while identifying and passing leads to Sales.
• Collaborate with Sales on product adoption, rollouts, demonstrations, and evaluations.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and support clinical excellence through high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in a health-related field such as Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Science, or Chiropractic.
• Confidence working under pressure in an operating theatre environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, customer service, organization, and time-management skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven and solutions-focused approach, able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Must have the right to work in Australia, a reliable car, and a valid driver licence.
