Student Engagement Advisor (EdTech)

What you will do

• Contact warm leads by phone and email and guide prospective students through postgraduate study options.
• Support students throughout the inquiry, application, and enrolment process for partner university programs.
• Work with Marketing, Academic Services, and Student Support to maintain feedback loops and share insights.
• Keep student records accurate and up to date.
• Build rapport with prospective students and contribute to enrolment targets, activity benchmarks, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or education-related work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-service orientation.
• Integrity, confidentiality, professional ethics, and the ability to relate well to others.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
