Inside Sales Specialist (Electronic Components)

What you will do

• Work with Account Managers to develop new sales opportunities, increase sales, and grow market share.
• Respond efficiently to customer enquiries by email and telephone.
• Process enquiries, negotiate terms, and close business.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems while maintaining strong customer communication.
• Manage customer forecasts and logistics.
• Contact suppliers and the Asset department to obtain quotes and prices.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Experience in inside sales, ideally involving electronic components.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to learn new practices and systems quickly, achieve targets, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Energetic, open, personable, driven, and positive approach.

Nice to have

• Fluent Catalan.
• SAP knowledge.
