Integrated Systems Technician (Marine)

Location: Gdansk, Poland; exceptional candidates may be considered elsewhere in Europe. The role includes remote and field-based work, regular international travel, and customer engagements across Poland and surrounding European regions.

What you will do

• Lead installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of complex integrated systems.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues independently in field and remote environments.
• Provide onboard and remote technical support to customers and partners.
• Deliver technical training and guidance to customers and OEMs.
• Act as a senior escalation point and mentor other technicians.
• Improve system reliability, service delivery, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong experience in system installation, commissioning, integration, or advanced technical support.
• Qualifications in electrical, electronic, or integrated systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems independently.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required and work in remote and field-based environments.
• Full, clean driver's licence.
