Field Service Technician (HV)

Location: Remote (NY, US); based in Cleveland, Ohio, with regional field work across Northern America and up to 70% travel.

What you will do

• Install, commission, service, and maintain standard high-voltage products.
• Work in live substations and network facilities within the designated region.
• Keep field projects on track while delivering professional customer service.
• Prepare work reports, update work orders, and communicate with field and operational teams.
• Support non-conformance investigations by gathering customer feedback and applying critical thinking.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental policies and complete required training.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar field service role.
• Associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a similar qualification, or 5 years of relevant field experience.
• IT proficiency, strong documentation management, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current passport and driver’s license required, with the ability to travel within the region and to customer locations.
• Flexibility to work additional hours and weekends when required.
