What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for distributors in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
- Recruit, develop, train, and support channel partners within the Channel Partner Program.
- Manage stock levels, stock rotation, product mix, and distribution availability.
- Plan and implement distributor marketing activities with local Marketing Managers.
- Set performance targets, evaluate distributor results, and track revenue and growth objectives.
- Oversee distribution programs, sales enablement initiatives, and competitive market analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar distribution or account management role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of IP-based technologies and networking solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent Cantonese and English, spoken and written.
