Supervisor, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (Aerospace)

Location: Los Angeles, California, USA; in-person collaboration at the Playa Vista office.

What you will do

• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, vendor communication, and customer communication.
• Manage vendor onboarding, payment terms, W-9 documentation, and customer invoicing workflows.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Mission Services, and Finance to resolve billing, purchase order, and payment discrepancies.
• Monitor AP and AR aging, cash disbursements, and collections activity to support timely processing and cash flow management.
• Support month-end close through reconciliations, accruals, account analysis, and revenue accounting for satellite bus programs and related services.
• Improve internal controls, documentation, automation, and scalable workflows while training future AP/AR analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience.
• Experience overseeing full-cycle AP and AR workflows in a high-volume environment.
• Strong process improvement mindset and experience scaling accounting operations.
• Experience with modern accounting and finance tools such as Ramp, Campfire, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar systems.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Experience with manufacturing, aerospace, hardware, or inventory-driven environments is preferred.
