Location: Onsite at 's global headquarters in Long Beach, California, United States
Base pay range: $133,500–$178,000 USD annually, plus company stock and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead and streamline the end-to-end month-end close across procure-to-pay, fixed assets, equity, leases, and treasury.
- Manage quarterly reviews and annual external audits while supporting SEC reporting deadlines.
- Partner on ERP enhancements, automation, and internal reporting upgrades.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a growing corporate accounting team.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Tax to support operational scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience, including team leadership and process improvement.
- Deep proficiency in US GAAP and the ability to apply technical accounting principles to operational workflows.
- CPA license or equivalent.
- For U.S. office roles, eligibility under ITAR regulations is required, such as U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylum status, or applicable government authorization.
Nice to have
- Public accounting and industry experience, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
- Experience with enterprise ERP systems such as Infor, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.
